Submission Information:

If you have taken coursework for graduate credit through ArmchairEd, you cannot take the same course for clock hours through ArmchairEdClockHours.  

The course syllabus is there for your review.  You  must download coursework in order to begin the course (sent to you in an email, or on your  account under ‘downloads’).  Do not begin coursework until you have ordered and paid for the course.

ArmchairEdClockHours posts completion of coursework to orders once scored (log in and click on purchases).   Allow three weeks from course submission for your coursework to be processed,   Please plan accordingly.

In order to have your coursework processed, you must:

1. Complete all sections of the inservice form and sign. A fillable form is on the website under ‘submitting cousework‘.

1.  Follow the rubric exactly.  Essays that do not meet page requirements or are not single-spaced are returned for revisions.

2.  Remember your submission timeline:  You have one year from your order date to submit coursework.

3.  Submit all coursework together.  We do not accept incomplete submissions.  Include signed inservice form, registration form, multiple choice answer sheet, and essays when you submit coursework, with correct course information.  Put your name and the course on each essay page.  Do not submit coursework via email. 

4.  Follow the instructions to submit on the Submit Course work link, fax, or mail coursework.  We do  not accept email submissions.

Clock Hour Information:

10 Clock Hours = $50

30 Clock Hours = $150

50 Clock Hours = $250

60 Clock Hours  = $300
