Obtaining a Clock Hour Certificate

Clock Hours are offered as Pass/Fail.  Once your coursework is scored, we post the Pass/Fail completion to the order.

Go to the “My Account” link at the top of the page, login with your username and password . If you purchased your course prior to June 2021 you can find your certificate by clicking the “For coursework submitted prior to June 2021: click here to find your course and Certificate of completion.“, and then click on ‘print’ to download a certificate of completion.

If you purchased your course after June 2021, you will find your certificate by going to “My Account, login with your username and password and click on this link For coursework submitted after July 1, 2021: click here to locate your course..

Washington State teachers must submit a completed and signed inservice form.  We will email a signed copy for your records, and will retain the form for seven years.
